With more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Menager focuses her practice on employment law and human resources consulting to employers, administrative hearings, internal investigations, and representing executives. She offers her clients the added advantage of having served both as an in-house human resources executive and as an employment law counselor.

As a former vice president of human resources and senior employment counsel at global, hi-tech companies, Ms. Menager has first-hand knowledge of the day-to-day employment law issues that companies face, as well as an appreciation for the practical impact of human resources decisions. In addition to developing and implementing human resource policies and procedures, she has supervised HR professionals responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and training services. She has a wide range of experience in advising companies regarding the human resources including the impact of reduction in force events, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.

As an outside employment law consultant, Ms. Menager has guided her clients through the minefield of human resource regulations and represented their interests in a range of employment law disputes. She has conducted independent internal investigations of workplace harassment and discrimination allegations, represented clients in EEOC and DFEH investigations and proceedings before the Labor Commissioner's Office.

Ms. Menager has also developed an expertise representing executives in negotiating their employment and severance agreements.

Prior to joining Carr McClellan, Ms. Menager served as Senior Employment Counsel for Nortel Networks as well as Vice President of Human Resources for both @Road, Inc. (acquired by Trimble Navigation Ltd.), and Atmel Corporation.
