W. George Wailes, Director
Mr. Wailes is a seasoned business trial attorney who is recognized for his ability to effectively resolve complex disputes and build convincing arguments from complicated factual and legal issues. He believes that litigation should be approached with the same cost-benefit analysis that companies devote to their business deals, and he is a strong supporter of alternative dispute resolution processes. From 1989 through 2001, Mr. Wailes was a faculty member and then co-chair of the Hastings College of Advocacy, Business Litigation Institute, where attorneys from across the country came to hone their trial and courtroom skills. Mr. Wailes is a Bay Area representative of the National Arbitration Forum.
