Mr. McQuaid's practice is focused on creditors' rights, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters. He represents creditors, and secured and unsecured landlords in a wide variety of insolvency-related matters, both in and outside of bankruptcy court. He also represents court-appointed bankruptcy trustees, debtors in corporate restructurings and workouts, and creditors' committees in Chapter 11 cases. This broad range of experience in handling complex bankruptcy issues permits him to effectively counsel clients on all aspects of an insolvency matter.
