David M. King, Special Counsel
Mr. King represents clients in a broad range of disputes touching many different areas of the law. These cases have involved real estate, landlord-tenant disputes, toxic tort, construction defect, commercial contracts, aviation, catastrophic injury, employment and trademark infringement issues, among others. He also works with family members to resolve complex and highly emotional estate and trust conflicts and fiduciary disputes.
Because of his successful track record in numerous bench and jury trials, Mr. King has earned a reputation for his courtroom skills. However, he is also an accomplished negotiator who has brought many difficult conflicts to closure through alternative dispute resolution methods. He lectures on settlement and negotiation strategies and often serves as a court appointed arbitrator.
