Mr. Hudak specializes in business litigation, with an emphasis on real estate matters and government law, and chairs the firm’s Business Litigation Group. He has tried judge and jury trials in state and federal court and has argued appeals in the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is the Assistant City Attorney for Hillsborough and general counsel to Sequoia Healthcare District.

Mr. Hudak works closely with Carr McClellan’s Real Estate Group on land use and planning matters. He appears frequently before city councils and planning commissions to support development projects. He has a special interest in matters involving historic structures.
