Jeremy A. Burns
Mr. Burns is a civil litigator. He has litigated trade secret, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, civil rights, class action defense, real estate, and estate disputes. His cases have been in most Bay Area state and federal courts.
A native of New York City, Mr. Burns attended Brown University where he obtained his Undergraduate in Environmental Studies. He then relocated to California, where he attended the University of California (Boalt Hall) for his J.D.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Burns worked for KPMG, LLP developing software for Fortune 500 companies. In addition, he worked with KPMG’s legal department and outside counsel on trademark, licensing and other intellectual property issues.
